Can I select my caviar?
Yes. You will have the opportunity to make your selections at check out.
What if I want to change my caviar selection?
With our flexible membership options, you can change your caviar selection at any time, as long as you provide at least 2 weeks notice so we don’t miss your delivery. Simply send us an email with the name and email address associated with your account and let us know what caviar or roe you would like. You can choose between the following caviar types:
- River Beluga
- Siberian Sturgeon
- American Sturgeon
- Royal Ossetra
- Sevruga Sturgeon
- Imperial Ossetra
- Russian Ossetra
Can I change my subscription delivery address?
Yes. You may change your subscription delivery address once a year to accommodate a vacation or to send your monthly delivery to a friend. However, in the remaining months, the delivery must come to your address on file. All membership perks belong solely to the member and can’t be used by friends or family.
What if I move? Can I change my address?
Yes! Of course, if you move, your subscription can be forwarded to your new address. Simply send us an email with the name on your account, your current address, and the address you are moving to. Please make sure you email us at least 2 weeks before your scheduled delivery to ensure we make the change in time.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes you can, however, you won’t receive any money back for the remaining months on your subscription. If you no longer want to accept your deliveries, please contact us. If you are unhappy with your subscription, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to make it right.
